Vplank is a stream-overlay tool for VTubers. This page explains exactly what we store, why, and who else can see it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

1. What we collect

Your Google account. Signing in gives us your user ID, email address, display name and profile picture. We never see your Google password.

Your settings. Everything you configure — reaction tiers, throw objects, subathon rates, colours, your public page — is stored against your account so the overlays can read it.

Keys we need to run the overlays. Your OBS overlay key, and the credentials you paste in yourself: a Streamlabs socket token, a Ko-fi webhook, a Gank user ID, a VTube Studio token. They are used only to receive your donations and drive your own avatar.

Files you upload. Images, emotes, GIFs and audio clips you add to the tools.

Donation events. When a viewer tips you through Ko-fi, Streamlabs or Gank, we receive the donor name, amount, currency, message and timestamp so the overlay can react and your tip page can show a recent feed.

Pro purchases. Stripe checkout session and payment IDs, the number of months, and your region. We never see or store card numbers — Stripe handles that end to end.

2. How we use it

To run the service: show your menu, fire your avatar's reactions, keep your countdown, and unlock Pro tools when you have paid for them.

To let your viewers see your public tip page and the recent-tips feed on it.

To answer you when you email us for support.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. What is public by design

Your public tip page shows your display name, your bio, your reaction menu and prices, and a feed of recent tips — donor name, amount and message. Anyone with the link can see it. That is the point of the page, but do tell your viewers so nobody is surprised.

Your OBS overlay renders on your stream, so anything it shows is visible to your audience.

4. Cookies and local storage

No advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser keeps a sign-in session from Google, your chosen language, and a one-time flag recording that your free trial was requested.

5. Who else is involved

Google Firebase (authentication, database, file storage, cloud functions) — our backend, hosted in Singapore (asia-southeast1).

Cloudflare Pages — serves this website.

Stripe — processes Pro payments and handles all card and PromptPay data.

Ko-fi, Streamlabs and Gank — your own accounts. Tips go straight to you; we only receive the notification that a tip happened.

Google Fonts — the Thai, Japanese and Korean pages load a web font from Google.

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Email us and we will do it. Deleting your account removes your settings, keys, uploads and donation feed; billing records are kept only as long as tax and accounting rules require.

If you are in the EU or the UK, our basis for processing is performing the contract you signed up for, plus your consent for anything optional. If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as those words are defined there.

7. Children

Vplank is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If a child's data reaches us, email us and we will delete it.

8. Retention

Settings and keys stay until you change or delete them. The recent-tips feed is capped and rolls over. Payment records are kept for accounting.

9. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Your billing record and payment history can only be written by our server, never by a browser. Your overlay key is a password in a URL — treat the overlay URL as a secret, and regenerate the key in your dashboard if you ever paste it somewhere public.

10. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will say so on this page and update the date above.
