Terms of Service

These are the terms for using Vplank. By signing in you agree to them.

1. What Vplank is

Vplank shows overlays on your stream and reacts when your viewers tip you. It connects to your own Ko-fi, Streamlabs or Gank account and, optionally, to VTube Studio on your PC.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for what happens under your account. Your overlay key is effectively a password — keep the overlay URL private, and regenerate the key from your dashboard if it leaks.

3. Free plan and Pro

The Reaction Menu and Throw Stuff are free, with up to three priced reaction tiers. Pro removes that limit and unlocks the seven other tools.

Every new account gets one 30-day Pro trial, granted once per account.

Pro is sold in 1, 3 and 12-month packs. Each pack is a single charge, nothing renews automatically, and there is nothing to cancel. Buying again adds months on top of the time you have left — it never shortens it.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in the currency of your region before you pay, and that is the amount charged.

If a payment is fully refunded or charged back, the months it granted are removed from your account. Partial refunds do not change your Pro time.

If something went wrong with a purchase, email us — we would rather sort it out than argue.

5. Tips are between you and your viewers

We are not a payment processor for tips and we never hold them. Money from your viewers goes directly to your own Ko-fi, Streamlabs or Gank account. Anything about a tip — refunds, chargebacks, taxes — is between you, your viewer and that platform.

6. What you upload

You keep ownership of the images, GIFs and audio you upload, and you give us only the permission needed to store them and show them on your own stream and tip page.

You confirm you have the right to use what you upload. We can remove content that is illegal or infringes someone else's rights, and suspend accounts that keep doing it.

7. Fair use

Do not use Vplank to break the law, to harass anyone, or to attack the service — no scraping other people's data, no hammering the API, no trying to unlock Pro without paying.

8. Availability

Vplank is provided as it is. We aim to keep it up but cannot promise uninterrupted service — it depends on OBS, VTube Studio, Ko-fi, Streamlabs, Gank, Stripe, Google and Cloudflare, none of which we control.

If the service is unavailable for a long stretch of a Pro pack you paid for, email us and we will make it right with extra time or a refund.

9. Ending it

You can stop using Vplank whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will explain why unless the law stops us.

10. Liability and law

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
